NOT AT FAULT ACCIDENT
FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW

IMOK Accident Management Specialists have all previously worked for Insurance Companies with significant experience ranging from Case Managers to Senior Case Managers and Managers and thus we can confidently say that Not At Fault Drivers are more likely to maximise receiving all their entitled benefits by claiming through Specialists like IMOK.

One of the main reasons for this is because unfortunately Insurers will judge you depending on whether you have a reputable company representing you or not. A common example is when an Uninsured Third Party attempts to claim through the At Fault Driver's Insurer. When the Insurer catches on to the fact that you have no company representing yourself, the Insurer may reject Liability and instead hold you responsible for the accident knowing you cannot do much about it.

Furthermore, Case Managers at Insurance Companies have KPIs to meet and one of them is saving costs. Therefore, they will do what it takes to cut costs even if you are lodging a claim with your own Insurer. Insurers will often allocate you to one of their own repairers with the lowest cost. Some Insurers won't even let you choose your own Repairer and therefore the only way to choose a Repairer who will use Genuine Brand New Parts will be to claim through IMOK.

Don't forget, that your Insurer is not on your side. They are only basically on your side when it comes to determining fault because they do not wish to increase their expenses by paying for the repairs.

[1] EXCESS PAYMENT
[2] NO CLAIM BONUS
[3] PREMIUMS
Many of us from when we were with Insurers have learned that customers totally misunderstood the Not At Fault Claims Process and had no idea how it affected their Insurance Premiums.
Most of the customers had absolutely no clue about the fact that Insurance Premiums would increase even if a Not-At-Fault Claim was lodged with your own Insurer.
There are 3 Different Types of Impacts from Lodging an Insurance Claim with your own Insurer:
1 - Excess Payment: An Excess Payment is always required for every Claim Lodgement, however when you are Not At Fault, Insurers will be able to waive your Excess as long as you are able to provide the following At Fault Driver's details:
[1] Full Name
[2] Address
[3] Vehicle Registration
[4] Contact Details (This Is No Longer A Requirement With Most Insurers Today)

Unfortunately, if you have not been able to obtain all the required information your Insurer will charge you Excess. Furthermore, they will not provide you with any assistance in obtaining the required information as the onus is on you to gather and provide them.

IF YOU COULD NOT OBTAIN ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION, SIMPLY CALL US ON 1300 87 11 85
AND WE CAN ASSIST YOU IN OBTAINING ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION

Now this and the next part is what confuses many customers out there. Waiving Excess does not mean that your Premiums won't increase.
2 - No Claim Bonus: When you are Not At Fault, your No Claim Bonus does not get impacted.
What this means is that you're No Claim Bonus Discount Rate will remain the same but again this does not mean that your Premiums won't increase.

3 - Premiums: Most of the times you will realise that your Insurance Policy PDS will only mention above two points when it comes to lodging Not At Fault Claims with your Insurer.
The reason for this is because your Premiums do actually increase with every claim lodgement and each lodgement will stay on your record for at least 5 years. Insurance Case Managers are taught not to let the customers know about the Premium Increase unless they have been specifically asked about it by the customer.
Moreover, the Premium Increase takes effect the following year at Policy Renewal Date which is why so many customers fail to notice the connection between the two and just simply believe the inflation was the cause.
This is just one of many reasons on why using Legitimate Accident Management Specialists like IMOK will benefit you significantly

We know from our experience working on the other side with the Insurers that disputing their Settlement Offer in attempts to maximise your Settlement is impossible without the help of experienced experts as the Insurers would have already made preparations by having their assessors write up a report to support their decision and to ensure their decisions are maintained in court.

Benefits in using IMOK just far out weighs any alternatives especially with our Accident Replacement Vehicles as we offer $0 Excess - Damage Waiver (provided you meet our T&Cs) which will no doubt provide our clients a peace of mind while driving around in a Hire Car. Clients will feel a world of difference from having to drive around in a Hire Car provided by Insurers which has $5,500.00+ for Damage Excess and having to pay from out of your own pocket for a Security Bond and a Deposit as well.

Keep in mind to always choose a large and reputable company for Accident Management and Replacement Vehicle Services as there are many Providers just looking out for their own interests and actually doing more harm than good for the customers as a result
