  • By completing our Application form, you will be providing all the required and relevant details. Such details include the At Fault Driver, the Accident and At Fault Driver's Insurer

  • Upon receipt of your Application, we will instantaneously complete an assessment to make a decision on your Eligibility based on the answers provided by you over the Phone and on Application

  • Once you have been instantly Approved, Our Accident Management Specialists will tailor your Solution Plans to meet you and your needs

REPLACEMENT CAR
DELIVERY

  • You will receive a Like-For-Like Replacement Vehicle delivered to your doorstep

​

  • You will also be assigned your own dedicated Case Manager for End-To-End Claim and Repairs Management in order to ensure that Repairs meet your Manufacturer's Specifications and also if applicable, that Genuine Parts are used. They will provide regular updates during this process

​

  • You will also have the option to view the status and progress of your Claim and Repairs on our Tracker

​

  • You will be able to drive our Replacement Car throughout the entire duration of your vehicle's repair process or until your Total Loss Settlement is paid without any limitations on the Hire Period unlike Insurers who usually limit the Hire Period to just 14 Days​

COMPLETION OF YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRS

  • Upon completion of repairs on your vehicle, we will Pick Up Our Vehicle from you for your convenience

  • Subsequently, we will contact the At-Fault Driver's Insurer to recover costs

​

  • It is important to understand that unlike other Providers who charge their own clients, we do not ever charge our clients even if we were to somehow fail the Recovery process

​

  • We may require some assistance from you for this process to ensure we have all the required and relevant information for a successful Recovery Process
